About the Role

We are currently seeking a qualified Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to facilitate
Batterers Intervention Prevention Program (BIPP) and domestic violence groups.
This role focuses exclusively on group facilitation within the South Texas area.
Most sessions are conducted remotely; however, in-person facilitation is required at times.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate BIPP and domestic violence group sessions
  • Work with court-ordered and CPS-mandated clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation
  • Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, and clients
  • Remain accessible to the office for case updates and changes
  • Work independently while adhering to program requirements
  • Provide referrals and resources for domestic violence victim services when appropriate

Qualifications & Experience

  • Current LMSW license in the State of Texas
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (required)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Experience conducting group sessions
  • Understanding of community resources for domestic violence treatment
  • Reliable motor vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage documentation
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Flexible schedule and adaptability to case changes
