BIPP / Domestic Violence Assessor (LMSW)

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced BIPP/Domestic Violence Assessor to join our team.
This critical role involves evaluating individuals involved in domestic violence cases and preparing
clients for group intervention programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child
welfare, social work, and family dynamics.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals involved in domestic violence situations, including victims and perpetrators
- Evaluate risk factors related to child protective services, family law, and behavioral health
- Document assessment findings accurately and in compliance with agency standards
- Participate in ongoing training on child welfare, crisis management, and behavioral health best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience working with Child Protective Services or in a child welfare setting (preferred)
- Experience working with children and families in domestic violence or crisis situations (required)
- Strong skills in crisis intervention, conflict management, and behavioral health
- Background in social work, family law, childcare, or related fields
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and child welfare systems
Required Credentials
- Currently licensed LMSW in the state of Texas
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle
