LPC / LCSW / LMFT

Location: On-Site, San Antonio, TX

About the Role

We are seeking an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT to provide counseling services in group, family, and individual settings. This position is on-site and allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional challenges

• Provide assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues

• Offer prevention-oriented therapy

• Implement and review treatment plans

• Collaborate with other treatment providers and placement agencies

• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

• Work with at least 15 clients per week

• Understand that this is a contact position (1099 at year-end for taxes)

• Work with children and adults alike

• Work evenings or weekends if required

Qualifications & Experience

• LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensed in the state of Texas

• Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields

• Familiarity with community mental health resources

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Strong leadership qualities
